    Can you observe any negative charisma modulation of any or all of

    Vladimir Putin
    Bashar al-Assad
    Donald Trump
    Joel Osteen
    Kenneth Copeland
    The Supreme Leader of Iran

    in still pictures, audio, video, in person, or in memory?

    It appears to be working for me, but that has occurred before
    and it has never lasted and nobody else has confirmed it.

    It could manifest as a sensation of disgust in the throat,
    or possibly a nose twiddle, or possibly an evil glint.

    Theoretically there should also be positive charisma modulation
    of very good individuals.

    The negative charisma modulation worked briefly as well
    for Benjamin Netanyahu and Viktor Lukashenko but now
    has stopped working for everyone. Even though it is
    now 2 a.m. here, I will begin a new attempt which I hope
    will be complete before last quarter moon. There may
    be some in person charisma modulation fairly soon but
    I don’t expect that the still pictures, audio, and video
    effects will be in place until at least 24 hours from now.

    No, my latest attempts have failed again, but I plan
    to keep trying, but won’t post again to this thread.
