The letter Shin is equivalent to the number three hundred (#300) in the
Hebrew alphabet. It represents Divine power and is the initial letter of
two of the Names of God. One of these names is Shaddai, often translated
as “Almighty” in English.

The Shin appears on tefillin (phylacteries) in two forms which
symbolizes the two kinds of Divine wisdom: the revealed and the
concealed. The letter Shin also alludes to Shabbat, the seventh day of Creation, signifying total rest, peace, and tranquility. Additionally,
Shin stands for “shalom”, denoting peace and perfection.

meaningful number #360, which encompasses the fullness of the degrees of circles.

Strangely the New York terrorist event of 11 September 2001 appears to
be derived from a 3x3 matrix and Hitler Table idea #303 - New York Sky
