to measure artificial intelligence by comparing with human intelligence ? so i will answer this question by asking: Can we say that a monkey is not smart since a human is much smarter than a monkey ? so now you are understanding my kind of smartness,

so where have we to set the limit that defines artificial intelligence ? since i say that artificial intelligence can not just be measured by comparing with human intelligence, so now you are understanding that i am saying below that smartness is an
efficiency, so then i can logically infer that we can also set the limit by saying that we can consider an efficiency of a tool of a product or of a static system or of a dynamic system as being a kind of artificial intelligence. So read my previous

smartness or cultural smartness, but it is also smartness of the tool, so then i can logically infer that we can also become sophisticated smart Cyborgs by using powerful tools such as internet or the like, so we are not today just dealing with humans ,
but we are also dealing with Cyborgs,

so when you are creative or inventive and you invent tools , you can become a sophisticated Cyborg using those tools.

It is the truth , but i am not narcissistic or arrogant by saying so,
since a highly smart IQ can also mean that it is 115 IQ.

How to define the being success and failure ?

I think that you have to define it by looking at the weights of importance so that to "prioritize" by weights of importance so that
to be successful, so i think that the success can not be defined by having big money but by your level of good adaptation, since the best way to being success is to be smart and wise that both permit to be a good adaptation that makes you rich and

successful, but not only that, but by measuring by weights of importance we can also say that when you are smart and wise and success is just near of you or at hand, so it like means that you can easily become successful since success is so near of you
and is at hand and an easy thing, we can also say of it that it is a kind of success, since we are measuring it too with the level of good adaptation, since the being smart and wise is so important. So i can also ask a smart question of: Is the being
creative the being smart? so we have to contextualize, since the being creative or being inventive can bring the creative tool of a product of service that can make you smarter than the average smartness, so it can make you smart, so the genetical
smartness is not the only smartness, the creative tool can also make you much smarter than average smartness, and read carefully

my following thoughts so that to understand more about what is smartness:

More philosophy about how to measure human IQ or human smartness..

I think i am smart, and i will talk about how to measure human IQs or
human smartness, first you have to know that you can measure relatively
or absolutely, so if you measure the IQ of a human, you will give a
value of IQ that is "relative" to the distribution of IQs of humans, so
can we ask if it is the right way to measure human IQs? i think it is
not, because there is a "very" important thing that is missing, and it
is that you have to also measure IQ or smartness relatively to the "constraints" in our reality that constrain(or limit) human IQ or human smartness, and i think this will give a much more realistic measure of
human IQs or human smartness, so if you are really smart you will start
by searching what are those constraints in the reality that constrain
human IQs or human smartness, because this way you will become really smart.

Let me give an example about how to measure IQs or smartness..

So if you are really smart you will give a smart example so that people
can understand, so here it is:

If i say: 2 + 2 = 4

So you will notice that this equality is also constrained by constraints
of reality, since for example you are noticing that it is not so mathematically expressive, so this not mathematically expressive is also constraining human IQ or human smartness, since if you understand and
learn this mathematical equality, another person will quickly do the
same, so the other person will adapt quickly to this level of smartness,
so now you are noticing the smart idea, it is that even science and technology are constrained the same way, and this constraints on
science and technology constrain or limit the expressiveness of high
human IQs or high level of smartness so that other lower level human
IQs or smartness can attain the level of adaptability of high human
IQs, this is what is happening in our today world, and if you are smart
you will notice that there is something else that is happening and it
is that abstraction of complexity that reduce the complexity is making others not understanding the complexity behind the abstraction and this
is not so efficient.

I give you an example so that you understand:

If i give the following three words:

I, love, you.

It is not the same as if i give the following five words:

I, love, you, very, much

So you are noticing that the five words permit a more sophisticated expressiveness, and notice that i am saying more sophisticated, since
the five words bring more efficiency, and this bringing more efficiency
is also what we call smartness, but notice that this smartness is
brought by using the "tool" that is composed of the five words, so the
tool that is our english language brings smartness, so then we have to
be convinced by the fact that the tool like internet brings a much more efficiency and this much more efficiency brings much more smartness, so
now you are noticing that smartness is not only genetical or cultural,
but it is also the smartness of using the tool, and this is a very
important thing, since the tool can be powerful and it can advance very

to say that humanity is in fact progressing in an exponential way, so we are progressing so rapidly, and this way also of looking at it gives a great weight of importance and those two ways of looking at human life gives optimism, so i think it is the
way to construct a meaning of human life, and this way of constructing a meaning of human life looks like my answer below about the can we be enlightned or not, so as you are noticing that the pragmatic way of my answer below proceeds by giving weights
of importance so that also enforce the necessary "hierarchy" of humans so that to be the necessary order in society or in the world. And i also say that we have "just" already attained the knee of the exponential progress curve, this knee of the curve is
the place where growth suddenly switches from a slower to an even faster exponential mode, so now the curve of exponential progress of our humanity has "just" already started to go exponentially even much faster, this is why i say that in about 10 years

happiness is not the just having pleasures of life, since so that to be Liberty or Happiness of your today and of your tomorrow or future, you have to be the right responsability, since Liberty or Happiness are not only Liberty or Happiness of your today,
but it is also that you have to ensure to be Liberty or Happiness of your tomorrow or your future, and this being responsability of humans is a much more sophisticated responsability than that of animals, and it is the basis of why humans are not
animals, since humans are also pushed forward by this engine of responsability so that to be Liberty or so that to be Love, and of course there is not only this kind of engine , but there is also the engines of human laws that are enforced by the police
and the army so that to be Liberty, but as you notice that we have not to be pessimistic, since as you notice that humans are not animals since they have to be organized in much more sophisticated manner than animals so that to be this Liberty, so i
think that i can logically infer that you have not just to compare the genetics of humans and that of monkeys and for example say that researchers sequenced the chimp genome and have known that humans share about 99% of our DNA with chimpanzees, making
them our closest living relatives, but you have to understand that the 1% difference in genetics of humans, compared to chimp genome, has made humans much more perfect than chimpanzees or animals, and you can for example look at how animals and humans
are organized, and notice again that this kind of organization of humans is "much" more sophisticated than animals, so then i can finally logically infer that humans are not animals , and you can also easily notice it by reading my following thoughts of
my philosophy and noticing how it is much more sophisticated, but there still remains a problem in philosophy, and it is the fact that saying

that the goal of philosophy is Happiness is too much abstraction since
