    Supreme Court legal maneuver known as incorporation. The individual right to bear arms was granted through incorporation in 2010. Other rights have been granted here and there only at the discretion of the Supreme Court.

    I do not need convincing that "U.S. is not perfect" (understatement).
    U.S. is quite frequently "overrated".
    You do not have to be good. It is enough to be the best (available choice).

    Illusions about PRC are better fit for discussions here, aren't they?

    The two sentences are the opening lines of Taote Ching. The correct translation is
    readily available.

    1 and 2 above, suffice to say, like many other attributions, reflect a level of ignorance about Chinese people.
