    The population in Hong Kong will then rise.

    It will put HongKongers to feel more congested living in Hong Kong.

    The Hong Kongers will then run away from Hong Kong.

    These Hong Kongers will go to Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand, and
    countries in Southeast Asia.
