David, first a question for you:
Do you think arrests, investigations, deep investigations, prosecutions
and sentencing for crimes should be done fairly, and impartially
and evenly across the board?
Or, do you think it is acceptable justice to severly punish and only
punish a
minority, say a 10% minority for even small violations that they have

I am proud of the good career I did in law enforcement in a department
that dealt a lot with demonstrations, protests, or riots. For the last
10 years I was almost always the on scene commander for these "exercises
of free speech"
