    Where are they?

    There are no "fems" cutting brush, running chain saws, holding and aiming firehoses, shoveling dirt.

    The only visible "fems" are the government "chiefs" who constantly run their mouths in front of cameras spewing nothing of value.

    What's wrong with this picture?
