That's quite the explanation and it makes sense.
It's good to see the people, companies, and government dumping DEI
because it serves no useful purpose to anyone.
Hire the best person for the job.
It's that simple.
California was ruined by a gradual influx of Democrat carpet baggers
escaping the results of their poor political decisions. California voters
are apathetic sheep and tend to follow shallow wing-flapping leadership.
Easy pickings.
