Washington police issued a Level 3 felony arrest warrant for rape for 27-year-old Jean Gary Honore of Washington on Friday following an investigation.
On Tuesday, the Indiana State Police - Jasper District and the Dubois County Sheriff's Department assisted in locating and arresting Honore without incident.
Honore is being held in the Dubois County Jail, pending release back to Daviess County.
