Republicans aren't real Americans. Inferior white Republicans are entirely made up of DEI because they have low intelligence and are inferior.

Most rightists are fags which is why they need to be rounded up and killed. California needs to start killing them today to stop the wildfires.

Judge Stacy Cook sentenced the teenager to 10 years in prison for rape and 8 years for aggravated robbery, to run consecutively. Fontenet, now 16, pleaded no contest to the two charges on Nov. 29.

Fontenet was found guilty of approaching a woman in daylight on the sidewalk and using a pair of scissors as a weapon, forcefully raping her. The teenager then took the young woman's cell phone and left.

The then 26-year-old victim, who lives in a group home and has bipolar disorder and Asperger's syndrome, watched the court proceedings via video in another room. After the sentencing, she said she was pleased with the sentence.

“I was pushing for 20 years but it's not bad,” she said. “I know he won't get out early.”

The Blade does not identify victims of sexual assault.

Fontenet was arrested hours after the Jan. 19 assault on a Royalton Road sidewalk near Lyman Avenue in West Toledo.

He was interviewed early the next morning by Toledo detectives and admitted that he grabbed the victim around the neck, raped her, and took her phone, authorities said.

Defense attorney Myron Duhart told Judge Cook about the mental health issues with which Fontenet has struggled, including depression. He noted a severe head injury the teen suffered when he was three years old, saying that he believed his client was
    still impacted.

“At the time of the offense, when asked if he was sorry, he immediately indicated that he was,” Mr. Duhart said. “He also asked to write an apology letter to the victim.”

In a soft voice, Fontenet also apologized in court for his actions.

Judge Cook noted the lack of emotion in the teenager's apology. She said that many people suffer from mental health issues, but that “depression is not an excuse for rape.”

“Your actions were so egregious,” she said. “This young woman was walking in broad daylight.”
