A 45-year-old Dayton man is due in court Friday in connection to a child rape case.
Demetrius Taylor was arrested Wednesday by Dayton police and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of rape, sexual battery, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and breaking and entering.
He will be arraigned Friday afternoon in Dayton Municipal Court.
