TOLEDO, Ohio — A Lucas County grand jury indicted a Toledo man on two charges for sexually abusing a minor.
According to a warrant from the Toledo Municipal Court, a 10-year-old child identified Xavier Watson as their rapist in March. Watson, 23, was charged with first degree felony rape and one count of third degree felony abduction.
