TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - Toledo Police and the US Marshals are searching for a Toledo man they say raped a 13-year-old girl back in April.

John Smith was indicted for the crime by a Lucas County grand jury on December 13.

Police say Smith raped a 13-year-old girl on Summit Street, and that the girl became pregnant as a result of the attack.

Smith is 5'5" tall and weighs 145 pounds. Police believe he may be living in the 100 block of East State Line Road in Toledo.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call the US Marshals tip line at 1-866-4-WANTED.
