TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Tulsa police arrested a man for Indecent Exposure and Rape on Thursday, August 3.
In October 2022, Tulsa police officers responded to a south Tulsa convenience store where an Indecent Exposure call was made.
Police say the victim reports working alone during that time when 19-year-old Erryn Bradley exposed his genitals to her.
Bradley was charged in Tulsa County District Court for indecent exposure where he was arrested and released on bond.
Police say that in July 2023, they responded to a sexual assault call in a south Tulsa neighborhood.
Officers report a man swiftly walked to stand close enough to the victim so that they touched shoulders. The suspect reportedly made several advances toward the victim and asked her questions about her relationship status and her contact information.
Police say the man then asked her for a hug. When she declined, he grabbed her by the buttocks and pulled her into him.
The suspect then reached between her legs over her clothes and raped her with his fingers.
The victim pushed the suspect away. Surveillance footage recovered by detectives with the Special Victims Unit showed the suspect following the victim.
Detectives were also able to locate another person in the neighborhood the suspect approached, made advances toward, and followed home.
The victims and witnesses were able to identify the suspect as Erryn Bradley.
Police say Bradley was charged with Rape by Instrumentation on August 1 and he was arrested and booked into Tulsa County Jail on August 3.
The bond for his prior Indecent Exposure case is set for a review hearing.
