When I was at UCLA in the early 1980s, my roommate was a Canadian from British Columbia, and there were two other Canadian classmates. All three of them were in the U.S. on student visas, which had to be renewed each year. The *requirement* was, and still *is*, that they had to present the renewal application at a port of entry, *while* entering the U.S. All three of them used
to go to Tijuana and then enter at San Ysidro. None of them ever had a lawyer with them. All three always were readmitted with no problem. Of course, a Nazi wasn't president then.

Oozing scarlet red maxipad (whose mouth waters at the thought of his mommy's warm mackerel-reeking snatch) still can't explain why Trump's immigration Gestapo arrested and kidnapped this woman or the other tourists who were similarly arrested and kidnapped. If there's something wrong with their documents, CBP/Gestapo should simply have refused entry and turned them back around into Tijuana. Why did they kidnap them and hold them for weeks?
