    You can always tell somebody who works paycheck-to-paycheck. Tax breaks
    exist so the common individual has an oppotunity to become a millionaire.
    It's not so hard these days.

    Billionaires get the same breaks, they just worked smarter and harder.

    Also, some never worked a day for the money, their parents did. See the
