  • Graffiti taggers should have a hand and opposing foot cut off

    Graffiti is not art, nor is it freedom of expression.

    It's fucking blight and vandalism.

    The perps have no way to pay for any damages they cause. The tax payers
    and home owners are on the hook for every dime it takes for repairs.

    Taggers should be given the choice of cleaning up their mess and living
    in the county jail for however long it takes. Costs can be born by the
    city council general funds.

    If they refuse, give them the choice of which hand and foot will be
    removed.

    If they reoffend, cut their head off.

    If any politicians or activists complain, cut their heads off too.

    they should be made to clean up their mess, their parents should pay for
    the costs. Asian cities are free of this blight on our society since
    they punish offenders severely.
