Typical Mexican. Your laws don't mean shit to us. She had to hit that
tree at 60-70 MPH to do that amount of damage. That is a 25 MPH zone.
It is against the law in California for 16-year-olds to be transporting
other kids in a vehicle. Her parents are going to get the shit sued
out of them and deservedly so.
The six teens involved in a fatal pickup crash in Dana Point on Tuesday
are Dana Hills High School students, and the driver who died at the
scene was a 16-year-old girl, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department
said.
The pickup crashed into a tree in a single-vehicle incident just before
noon near the intersection of Dana Point Harbor Drive and Island Way.
Rebecca Cespedes of Dana Point was the driver, officials said in a
Wednesday news release, and the other five teens are two girls and three
boys.
Cespedes was declared dead at the scene, while three teens were
hospitalized in critical condition but are expected to survive. Two
others — one boy and one girl — were minorly injured.
“It is currently unknown if drugs, alcohol, or speed contributed to this traffic collision,” the OCSD said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the OCSD Traffic Bureau at 949-425-1860.
To report information anonymously, call Crime Stoppers at
1-855-TIP-OCCS.
