If I have my history correct, that a SCOTTISH REGIMENT POPPY WREATH
ought to be at the BOER BOER MEMORIAL UPON 10 JUNE 2017 IS QUITE
PARADOXICAL SINCE QUEEN VICTORIA WAS SO SATISFIED BY THE HEROIC
SACRIFICE OF IRISH SOLDIERS, SHE MADE A DECREE RELATED TO SAINT
PATRICK'S DAY.  Although I cannot presently find an additional citation
in relation to the NEW SOUTH WALES GOVERNMENT enabling SAINT PATRICK's
