A transcript of those TWO TELEPHONE MESSAGES was provided to VCAT by
the CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE INSURER as the only grounds for an
EXTRA-ORDINARY DIRECTIONS HEARING of 7 DECEMBER 2001 and the seeking
of ORDERS for the matter's dismissal and awarding of costs as per
paragraph [4] from REASONS dated 12 February 2002: "I constituted the
Tribunal at the hearing at which this complaint was dismissed. Mr
Boek, I note, did not oppose that dismissal. The respondents have now
asked for costs. THEY SUBMIT THAT MR BOEK HAS CONDUCTED THIS
PROCEEDING IN A WAY THAT UNNECESSARILY DISADVANTAGES THEM. TO THE
EXTENT I HAVE INDICATED BY THE PERIOD TO WHICH THE ORDER APPLIES, I
AGREE WITH THEIR SUBMISSION.
TELEPHONE MESSAGE ONE: "Mr Riddell, this is Dolf Boek [calling]. I'm
just wondering whether you['ve been self congratulatory about my
previous submissions to the court and have failed to recognise their

of ORDERS for the matter's dismissal and awarding of costs as per
paragraph [4] from REASONS dated 12 February 2002: "I constituted
the Tribunal at the hearing at which this complaint was dismissed.
Mr Boek, I note, did not oppose that dismissal. The respondents have
now asked for costs. THEY SUBMIT THAT MR BOEK HAS CONDUCTED THIS
PROCEEDING IN A WAY THAT UNNECESSARILY DISADVANTAGES THEM. TO THE
EXTENT I HAVE INDICATED BY THE PERIOD TO WHICH THE ORDER APPLIES, I

the need to consider the spatial dimension of sovereignty and its
implications beyond the simple drawing of lines on the surface of
the globe becomes more prominent. These mutations of the concept of
sovereignty also highlight the necessity to consider its temporal

A transcript of those TWO TELEPHONE MESSAGES was provided to VCAT by
the CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE INSURER as the only grounds for an
EXTRA-ORDINARY DIRECTIONS HEARING of 7 DECEMBER 2001 and the seeking
of ORDERS for the matter's dismissal and awarding of costs as per
paragraph [4] from REASONS dated 12 February 2002: "I constituted
the Tribunal at the hearing at which this complaint was dismissed.
Mr Boek, I note, did not oppose that dismissal. The respondents have
now asked for costs. THEY SUBMIT THAT MR BOEK HAS CONDUCTED THIS
PROCEEDING IN A WAY THAT UNNECESSARILY DISADVANTAGES THEM. TO THE
EXTENT I HAVE INDICATED BY THE PERIOD TO WHICH THE ORDER APPLIES, I
AGREE WITH THEIR SUBMISSION.
TELEPHONE MESSAGE ONE: "Mr Riddell, this is Dolf Boek [calling]. I'm
just wondering whether you['ve been self congratulatory about my
previous submissions to the court and have failed to recognise their
transcendent logic built on time]. They are religious model that

this year. That means [when this year expires,] my court case will
be a matter of an accusation of fascism against yourself at the

further and we will are more likely to go to court at some stage. At
some stage you are going to have to recognise the fact that you are
a blasphemer. Your religious context has no continuing validity and
since I am able to rationally prove that with a mathematical
