then actual as lawfully undertaking by change of name upon my birth certificate.

That factually it is ostensibility a NOM DE PLUME or PSEUDONYM {ie. from Ancient Greek ψευδώνυμος (pseudṓnumos), from ψευδής (pseudḗs, “false”)
and ὄνυμα (ónuma), from ὄνομα (ónoma, “name”)} having impetus both for a
continuity of presence upon the internet whilst also granting a
protection of my physical as actual identity from any secular and
sectarian ideologues who might with malice aforethought then perpetuate
acts of domestic terrorism.

That the MAGISTRATES COURT CASE NUMBER: H13018534 was granted upon such improbable 'FULL NAMED' persona which categorically no heterosexual
persons have used for some 15 YEARS and secondly given that an use of
the first name is only by mutual consent, this was not then sufficient
cause for the COURTS to abrogate the implausible presumptuous
prerogative to any common association as then being entirely false and
perjured claims:

the BOER WAR MEMORIAL as being then entirely prudent as rational and
strategic action.

Secondly, with respects to the absence of any prohibitive behaviours
towards the DISAFFECTED PERSON BEING AN UNSCRUPULOUS POLITICAL ACTIVIST,
given the vexatious and deceitful nature of the grounds for their
seeking of a PERSONAL SAFETY AND INTERVENTION ORDER within CASE NUMBER L10182359, that several corroborated elements (ie. by statements of the Wellington Shire Councillor and the taking of audio recording denials
that the MARION WITH NAKED CHILD STATUE was related to MAGDALENE
