chav-cyclists making an appearance (other than for May Sun himself).
If he were really interested in littering and contamination, he'd be
polling parish councils in Surrey to seek their views on disgusting
abuse of village greens by hordes of chavs on chav-bikes.
And perhaps buying shares in the company that makes Jeyes Fluid.
