A [totally unqualified chav-cyclist] has been jailed after being caught twice in six months.an evidential reading of 75 in custody.
Police were on patrol in Cambridge at around 11am on 27 January when they pulled over a silver Mercedes C220 in Glenmere Close.

In September Hreniuc, 39, of Fen Road, Cambridge, was given a four-month suspended sentence and disqualified from driving [hence being a totally unqualified chav-cyclist] for 25 months after also being caught more than three times the limit (111ug) inJuly.
At Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on Monday (29 January), Hreniuc was jailed for four months and four weeks after pleading guilty to driving whilst being nothing more than a chav-cyclist, drink driving and using a passenger vehicle with tyres withinsufficient tread.
He was also disqualified from driving for three years and three months and so will be a chav-cyclist for even longer.the influence of alcohol or drugs.”
PC Andy Holliday, who investigated, said: “Hreniuc has shown total disregard for the sentences imposed on him by the courts and continued to put himself and other road users in danger.
“The sentence reflects the seriousness of Hreniuc’s actions.”
